出入国在留管理庁（入管）からのご案内です。
ビザ（在留資格）の申請について、個別の審査状況を電話で問い合わせができなくなりました。
最近はビザ申請の増加、入国管理局の人手不足が原因で、審査期間が長くなってきています。
問い合わせ電話も増え、審査業務に影響が生じているとのことです。
審査終了後に、入管からハガキやメールなどでお知らせがあるので、それまで待つように、とのことです。
なお、オンライン申請の場合は、在留申請オンラインシステムにおいて、審査の進み具合が確認できるので、こちらをご利用いただくのも良いかもしれません。
審査処理期間の目安として、HP上で平均審査処理期間を公表しているので、参考にして下さい。
