Born in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture in 1984. While in college, he worked as an assistant at a judicial scrivener's office in Tokyo, and this experience inspired him to pursue a career in the professional world.
Later, he passed the administrative scrivener exam and joined a Tokyo-based administrative scrivener firm. He began to specialize in licensing practice and foreign visas. Later, he established his own practice in Nerima-ku, Tokyo. Currently, he has an office in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.
His areas of expertise are foreigner-related legal affairs (immigration law practice, foreigner employment consulting) and business licenses and permits related to business management.
He teaches “Systematics of Licensing Practice” and “Immigration Law Practice (Introduction and Application)” in the practical course “Kigyou Juku” at the Leaders Research Institute, conducted by Leaders, Inc.
